Decision Window

The Immokalee landfill’s post-closure liability runs through ~2033 and cannot be transferred retroactively; the Board’s landfill expansion engineering decision is pending.

Once expansion engineering is contracted, that capital is locked in. Executing an LOI/MOU before the vote keeps the CSA alternative open for that capacity.
